Authoritative resource of the US government, intended to provide the millions of small business owners with information and tools to start and manage their companies. In Spanish, the SBA site includes a Library section with more than 200 e-books and SBA publications available in Word, text, and PDF files, and a collection of business forms and plans.
World Bank
Permits interaction, in English and Spanish, with the World Bank's Doing Business database, which was created to identify the regulatory aspects of private-sector development and investment in order to promote economic growth and to alleviate poverty--i.e., to identify the legal conditions of a favorable ambient for doing business.
