PBS Teacher Source
Offers a quality curriculum resource for teachers and educators. Provides 3,500 lesson plans and activities arranged by general subject categories, and then by grade levels, for quick access to relevant materials. All lesson plans come with objectives, links to various state and national standards, materials, procedures, assessment ideas, extensions/adaptations, and resource lists.

Educator's Reference Desk
The Ask-ERIC site and question-answer service were discontinued in 2003, being replaced by the ERD. This new site includes the 2,000 lesson plans, 3,000 pointers to education information and organizations, and 200 question archive fromerly available from Ask-ERIC.

Peterson's, known for print guides that cover US-accredited educational institutions and provide career information, has duplicated many of the company's products in a well-organized hypertext environment that provides hotlinks to programs, institutions, and other useful information.
New York Times Learning Network
This site offers sections for students, teachers, and parents with daily lesson plans, a daily news quiz, and grade level rated activities and articles for grades 3 through 12.
Wright Center for Science Education
The site from Tufts University offers a link to classroom activities for teachers and other links to the "Arrow of Time" where you can "view the past, present and future of the universe" and the "Science Olympiad." One of the goals of this site is to "improve science teaching in elementary and secondary schools."
